Who can apply
To apply to the ManagiDiTH Master’s programme, candidates must comply with the following:
- Nationality: At the time of their administrative and pedagogical registration within the Master’s programme, candidates need have an EU, EEA, or Swiss official citizenship.
- Academic requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS) in Healthcare; Digital technologies; Management; Societal scientific domains, or degrees related to the Digital transformation in Healthcare.
- English language proficiency: If English is not their native language, candidates must be able to demonstrate an adequate level of English (B2 level in reading, writing and oral conversation). The above can be accomplished during the application process, either by:
- Uploading a valid certificate of English language proficiency (TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, or similar) or
- Responding to the language questions on the form on an adequate English level and demonstrating an adequate level of English in the application video.
How to apply
The application is exclusively ONLINE. Candidates will be required to complete four forms to evaluate their background and to upload the following documents by the end date of the application period they are submitting within:
- Motivation Letter: any given candidacy should be presented with an explanatory letter elaborating on motivations, career goals, and why the candidate is interested in the ManagiDiTH program. The language of the letter must be in English only.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) in Europass format duly and fully filled must be submitted in English.
- Academic results certificates:
- Official university first cycle qualification certificate (Bachelor-EQF level 6, or equivalent), proven original from a Higher Education Institution (HEI). The document must be a Certificate of completion of undergraduate/bachelor degree (at least 180 ECTS), submitted in English only. Certificates in other languages are only accepted if accompanied by an English-translated version which should be signed and stamped by an official translator.
- Diploma Supplement / Transcript of Academic Records for the Bachelor’s degree, detailing ECTS credits and grades. Other Academic Certificates relevant to the theme of the Master Programme. Documents must be submitted in English only. Certificates in other languages are only accepted if accompanied by an English-translated version which should be signed and stamped by an official translator.
- Work experience certificate after graduation (when applicable): Applicants who have at least two years of work experience after graduation (24 months) should submit evidence of post-graduation professional experience. An employer’s work certificate should be presented and must include the starting and ending date of the past employment relationship, the employer’s contact information, the work duties, and the working hours in part-time work (when applicable). If the employment relationship continues, a temporary work certificate issued by the employer should be submitted. Employment contracts or other documents issued at the beginning of employment are not accepted. If the work experience document is not issued in English (preferably), it must be accompanied by an official translation made by a certified translator. The translated document must bear the translator’s signature and an authentication stamp.
- Application video in English of 3 minutes maximum (size: 300 Mb maximum; supported file types are avi, mp4, m4v, webm, ogv, wmv and flv) to briefly answer the following questions:
- What is your background in terms of studies and professional employment?
- Why do you think digital transformation is important for healthcare?
- What do you hope to do after you graduate from this course?

Application Dates
At the moment, applications for the first edition of the Master’s programme in Management of Digital Transformation in the Healthcare Sector are closed.
The new application periods for the academic year 2025/26 will open in the first and second terms of 2025. The second application period starts on April 23rd, 2025.
Studies start in September 2025 and are conducted fully online, with online lectures normally Monday – Thursday starting at 17:00 CET. Note that exceptions may occur.
