The program offers the following courses.

Semester A
During the first semester, students are expected to attend two (2) compulsory courses in General Physics, one (1) elective course and the special compulsory courses "Laboratory Teaching" (4 ECTS) and Research Methodology (9 ECTS).
Total semester credits: 30 ECTS.

Special Topics in Atomic Physics II 5Alternatively, to the elective courses mentioned above, students of the MSc can secure up to 10 ECTS from courses of the MSc "Photonics & Nanoelectronics" of the Department of Physics of the University of Crete or courses of the ERASMUS program, after approval of the Program Committee.
