This degree is only available on a full-time basis available on both, a 9 and a 12  months duration. Students will be resident and under take full-time study in the UK and Athens, Greece. Under the 9-months programme students take elective modules at Part 2. Under the 12-months programme students take electives at Part 3.

October – December:  Part 1 – ICMA Centre, Henley Business School, UK

January – March: Part 2 – ICMA Centre, Henley Business School, UK

March – April: Part 2 – ALBA Business School, Athens, Greece

May – June:  Exams – ICMA Centre, Henley Business School, UK

June – August (12 months programme only):  Part 3 – ICMA Centre, Henley Business School, UK

Dual degree award

You will have the opportunity to spend 1 month in Greece, home to over 700 shipping companies controlling more than 16% of merchant fleet world wide. During your time at our partner institution, ALBA,  you will attend specialised shipping courses and workshops and participate in other activities such as visits to shipping companies, vessels and ports, accompanied by information sessions from shipping practitioners.

Successful graduates will be awarded two full time MSc degrees in International Shipping and Finance, one from each institution.
