Προκήρυξη:
Applications are invited to undertake postgraduate research within the New Materials Institute (NMI), a newly established Institute jointly supported by The University of Nottingham and the Ningbo Government in China with a deal valued at £6m over five years. The world-leading research taking place at the Institute will look at advanced composites, new energy and environmental materials, granular materials and geotechnology, and the other related research themes, including sustainable materials and advanced manufacturing technologies.
The available PhD scholarships cover:
- Tuition fee
- on-campus accommodation for PhD candidate only (accommodation type is based on availability, NMI also offers off-campus accommodation)
- Monthly stipend (RMB 3,500)
- Medical insurance with designate providers
- All above items are covered for up to 36 months based on satisfactory progression
- All regulations set out in the UNNC PGR Scholarship Policy apply
In addition to the above scholarship, successful candidates also have the opportunity to carry out paid teaching or research assistant duties at UNNC.
