Προκήρυξη:
A bursary is available for the MA Human Rights by distance learning.
This award is worth 50 per cent of module fees for the MA programme (equivalent to £4,050).
The bursary is awarded competitively and is available for talented students of any nationality.
Eligibility
To be eligible, you must satisfy the following:
- You have submitted a completed application to study the MA programme.
- You meet the standard entry requirements for the MA programme.
- You demonstrate outstanding academic achievement at undergraduate level and/or excellence in human rights activism experience.
Criteria
Your application will be assessed based on academic potential, financial need, and voluntary or professional activism in the field of human rights. We are looking for:
- How you make a specific case for financial support.
- How your personal statement shows relevance to the learning outcomes of the MA.
- How you demonstrate your potential to engage in the programme and put it to practical use for the purposes of promoting and securing human rights.

- Submit with your CV to MAUSHR@sas.ac.uk by 03 September 2018 (11:59pm UK time).
Duties of award holders
As a bursary winner, you would be required to write a short report at the end of each year of study outlining the impact of your study and research.
You are also expected to act in accordance with the standards expected of students of the University of London.
If you fail to comply with any of these terms, the University reserves the right unilaterally to withdraw the bursary.
