This includes different aspects and techniques, among others an inquisitorial approach in establishing the facts of the case and the arbitrators’ power to appoint  their own expert approach in particular though the Tribunal´s role in case management (e.g. the new Appendix 3) and ongoing duty to encourage an amicable settlement.
