Υποτροφίες σε Κοινωνικές Επιστήμες από το Economic and Social Research Council της Μεγάλης Βρετανίας

To Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC-http://www.esrc.ac.uk) της Μεγάλης Βρετανίας δίνει κάθε χρόνο εκατοντάδες υποτροφίες για μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές σε οικονομικές και κοινωνικές επιστήμες σε φοιτητές από Μεγάλη Βρετανία και E.E. H υποστήριξη γίνεται μέσω των 14 partnerships– συνεργασιών που έχει δημιουργήσει το ESRC μεταξύ διαφόρων των πανεπιστημίων της χώρας. Το ESRC δίνει υποτροφίες για 4 χρόνια (1 χρόνο Μaster + 3  χρόνια PhD) ή για 3 χρόνια αν ο υποψήφιος διαθέτει ήδη μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο σπουδών. Για τους υποψήφιους από την Ε.Ε. καλύπτονται συνήθως τα δίδακτρα και όχι κάποιο επίδομα διαβίωσης. Αν όμως επιλέξετε να κάνετε μεταπτυχιακό ειδικά σε Economics ή σε Advanced Quantitative Methods το ESRC καλύπτει και τα έξοδα διαβίωσης για όλη τη διάρκεια των μεταπτυχιακών σας σπουδών. Επίσης, σε πολλές περιπτώσεις τα ίδια τα πανεπιστήμια καλύπτουν τα έξοδα των φοιτητών τους από ίδιους πόρους.
