H Euronet προσκαλεί αποφοίτους τμημάτων Πληροφορικής ή συναφών κλάδων να ενταχθούν στην εταιρεία με σύμβαση έμμισθης απασχόλησης για μια αρχική περίοδο 6 μηνών. Θα εργαστείτε υπό την ηγεσία έμπειρων διευθυντών και θα λύσετε σημαντικά προβλήματα. Μετά την ολοκλήρωση αυτής της αρχικής περιόδου, θα προσφερθεί η ευκαιρία για απασχόληση αορίστου χρόνου σε επιλεγμένους υποψήφιους.

Career opportunity: IT Support Services

We are currently offering an opportunity in IT Support Services, a crucial unit ensuring that our IT infrastructure is at the service quality levels required by our customers and internal users.

Responsibilities you will be involved with:

  • Administering users and their corporate IT equipment and associated software.
  • Providing support in-person and remotely.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving user issues and change requests.
  • Handling support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Identifying and tracking end user hardware and software needs.
  • Performing advanced hardware and software installation, configuration, and deployment.
  • Collaborating with other IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Studies and knowledge required:

  • Studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Microsoft Windows 10/11, M365, Intune, Active Directory (desired).
  • Basic knowledge of Windows servers and networking.
  • Fluency in English and Greek, both verbal and written.

Competencies needed for you to be successful:

  • Highly interested in learning new technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an orientation towards customer service.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills & ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Self-motivation and teamwork spirit.
